CornishLibraryP1030703George H. Stowell Free Library is a Public library serving the residents of Cornish, NH.  It is located at 24 School Street.  The collection of the library contains 10620 volumes. The library circulates 3873 items per year. The library serves a population of 1715 residents.

Library Hours:
Monday & Friday from 4-6 PM
Wednesday from 3-6 PM. The 1st Wed of the month patrons may use the library till 8 PM if the flag is out and the book group is meeting.
Saturday from 9 AM-noon

Book Discussion Group:
The Book Discussion Group meets the first Wednesday of each month from 7:00-8:00 PM.  A list of books as well as the book for the next discussion can be picked up in advance of the meeting during regular library hours.  Readers are welcome to come for just one meeting or all of them. New Books:  New books come in regularly.
New books arrive regularly.  If you have book requests or suggestions for the community please stop by and write your request in the notebook on the desk.  We love knowing what books are popular with the community. Books for sale are available on an on-going basis.  These include discarded and donated books, all are priced to sell!
